New Earth Correctional Colony City Number Two

The primary urban setting of Concrete Park — a diasporic, polyglot correctional colony city carved up by seven gangs. Hover or tap a territory and it lights up in that gang’s color — the real shape of what they hold, from Tony’s own map. The New Earth Council keeps its headquarters by the airstrip, and Wan Chai in the middle belongs to nobody.

  • Gigante

    Northwestern district, anchored by Radio Gigante Tower. Motto Construimos (“we build”). Mecca’s crew “The White Boys” operates out of Gigante.

  • Potato King

    Southern territory. Flag: burgundy ground with orange crown.

  • M-80s

    Eastern district. Brand materials annotate M-80s as Luca’s gang. Luca’s Crib is marked adjacent on the city map.

  • Las Cruces

    South-central territory (Barrio Las Cruces). Flag: dark green with mint crosses.

  • Lost Hill

    Gang/territory on Lost Hill Island east of the main city. Near-black flag with Old English type.

  • Bama

    Southern outskirts. Brand materials associate Fontaine with Bama. Flag: dark teal.

  • Sir Guy

    North-central territory. Flag: olive ground with mustard pixel skull.
